A standard sauna session lasts three hours, including the time for heating.

To have the sauna all to yourself, you must book all 12 available places (Please note that if there are less than 12 slots avaliable, someone has already booked for that session).

After booking, you will receive a unique key code, by email, which allows you to open the Igloohome keybox 3 - which hangs by the sauna door. Inside the key box you will find the key to the padlock.

In line with our rules of use, the sauna must be left in the condition in which you found it. We offer green soap and a squeegee for easy cleaning. Please mop the water on the floor out the front door and wash over the benches.

The sauna can be used alone by people aged 16 and over. Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

Laugarstovo offers a simple and authentic experience with a changing room and access to clean, fresh sea water. There are no shower facilities available. Norway has some of the worlds most clean seawater.
